Our Products
Lead Castings & Fabrications
Custom lead fabrication is our bread and butter – it’s how we built our reputation.
We not only cast and extrude in custom shapes and sizes, but we are also specialists in fabricating complex solutions for niche applications.
We have the personnel and the years of experience with our well-trained fabricators to turn your CAD/CAM drawing, blueprint, or sketch into a finished product.
Typical fabrication services include: Lead Forming (Bending / Cutting / Drilling / Stamping etc), Lead Burning, and Machining on our CNC equipment.
Combined with our 100 ton extrusion press and our collection of extrusion dies, we can fabricate anything you can design.
If you prefer to have parts coated, we offer a variety of safety and protective coatings including Powder Coating and Paint.
We’re Flexible
We’re as flexible as you need us to be: We will cast and fabricate parts from only a few ounces to several tons. Whether you need fabrication of one-off products & prototypes, or large production runs, we’ll get it done.
We typically cast with lead, but we can also cast with bismuth, copper, tin, silver antimony, cadmium, or whatever metal you require. We employ skilled welders and carpenters to build whatever you need.
We can cast almost any shape you need. Whether it is rounds, spheres, rod, bar, cubes, squares, rectangles, bricks & blocks. We then machine it to your final specifications as required – you name it, we can custom cast it.
We have completed projects such as lead boxes, cabinets, containers, custom racking for anodes, and many, many more.
